Mr. Mofongo is a small, family-owned and operated Puerto Rican food truck tucked into Apopka. Every plate is made by hand the way abuela taught us — plantains pounded fresh in the pilón, sofrito made from scratch, and a warm "mejor de lo que merezco" smile across the counter.
